- We are a registered business with the State of Delaware.
- We carry full liability and worker’s compensation coverage and would be happy to provide you with a certificate of insurance upon request.
- Mowing Invoices are due by the 5th of each month.
- Complete Service Packages require the first and last months payments upfront. They are broken down into monthly payments that are due on the 1st of each month. A credit card on file is required.
- Landscape Maintenance requires a 5% non-refundable scheduling deposit, 50% two weeks before the scheduled start of your project, and the balance upon completion.
- Landscape Install requires a 5% non-refundable scheduling deposit, 50% two weeks before the scheduled start of your project, and the balance upon completion.
- Outdoor Living Spaces requires a 5% non-refundable scheduling deposit. Additional payments will be broken down into payments by draws based upon each individual project.
- Snow and Ice Management are due 15 calendar days from the date of service.
- Online payments through your invoice.
- 3% credit card processing fee added to invoices over $1,000.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We do not accept American Express.
- Checks written out to P&M Lawn and Landscape.
- Outdoor Living Spaces and Landscape Design:
- $75.00 design fee is charged before submission of the pdf proposal and project sketch.
- The $75.00 design fee is credited towards your final invoice if you choose P&M Lawn and Landscaping for your project.
- $75.00 design fee is charged before submission of the pdf proposal and project sketch.
- We do not offer any financing terms at this time.
- 3% credit card processing fee added to invoices over $1,000.
- Returned checks will have a $50 inconvenience fee added to the invoice.
- If for some reason your payment will be late, we recommend contacting our office as soon as possible.
- A 5% late fee will be added to any mowing invoice that is 15 days past due.
- A 5% late fee will be added to any landscape maintenance invoice that is 15 days past due.
- A 5% late fee will be added to any landscape install invoice that is 15 days past due.
- A 5% late fee will be added to any outdoor living space invoice that is 15 days past due.

Warranty and Guarantee Information:
Outdoor living spaces are warranted for three years. The original client must be the one making the claim. The warranty is non-transferrable. The warranty is subject to the payment of the original invoice being made within the terms of sale and the account must be current.
Seed is not warranted due to soil and seed washouts, relocation or ponding due to excessive watering or hard rains. We must receive notification within 30 days of installation that you are having a problem. We offer a one time call back to touch up any areas where grass seed does not germinate. Your new seed will germinate in 14 -21 days after installation at which point the seed should be well rooted and established. This warranty is subject to the payment of the original invoice being made within the terms of sale and the account must be current.
